How do I configure my SIP account?
Tap the "+" button on the main screen, then enter your SIP server address, username, and password provided by your VoIP provider. Tap "Save" to register.
Why can't I hear any audio?
Please check if the app has Microphone permissions in your device settings. Also, ensure your SIP provider supports the audio codecs selected in Settings > Audio Codecs.
Does the app support push notifications?
Yes, we support standard SIP push notifications. Ensure "Background App Refresh" is enabled and your SIP server supports RFC 8599 or similar push standards.
How do I transfer a call?
During an active call, tap the "Transfer" icon, dial the destination number, and choose either "Blind Transfer" or "Attended Transfer".
How is my data stored?
Your SIP account details are used solely to connect to the SIP server you configure. All data, including call history and signaling logs, is stored locally on your device. We never upload this data to our servers.
